Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Bengaluru. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with clients and consultants, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all designs comply with regulatory standards and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to perform site inspections and manage construction documentation
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management
