Role Description

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, etc.).
• Create innovative and functional design solutions aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation, quality control, and compliance with drawings, codes, and regulations.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client-facing materials to effectively communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and progress reports.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 4–5 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and material specifications.
• Ability to translate client requirements into innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
