Project Architect

As a Project Architect with 24 years of professional experience, you will be a valuable member of our dynamic team, contributing to the design and delivery of architectural projects across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading or assisting in conceptualizing and translating design ideas into innovative and buildable architectural solutions. - Preparing and overseeing high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to clearly communicate design intent. - Developing comprehensive architectural drawings, construction documentation, and specifications aligned with building codes and regulatory standards. - Coordinating and managing submission packages for statutory approvals and authority clearances. - Collaborating closely with structural, MEP, interiors, and quantity surveying teams to ensure integrated, cohesive designs. - Representing the studio in client and consultant meetings, contributing to clear communication and effective project execution. - Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and document construction phases. - Leading or supporting the preparation of detailed site reports and progress documentation. - Researching and applying innovative materials, construction methods, and sustainable strategies aligned with project and client goals. - Contributing to design reviews, internal critiques, and studio brainstorming with fresh, thoughtful perspectives. - Engaging in continuous learning and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. - Upholding high standards of professionalism, quality, and accountability in all deliverables. - Taking initiative in managing project timelines and deliverables with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - 24 years of relevant architectural experience in a professional setting. - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Rhino, SketchUp, and Enscape/Lumion are a plus. - Strong understanding of design principles, building systems, and construction processes. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Working towards architectural licensure is preferred but not required. - Immediate availability to join the team.
