Responsibilities

Architectural Design in Multistoried Buildings
Leading the design and development of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Overseeing all architectural aspects of projects from concept to construction documentation.
Coordinating with consultants, engineers, and clients for seamless project integration.
Reviewing and guiding detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
Ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
Supervising junior architects and contributing to team development and mentoring.

Desired work experience

More than 03 years Architectural Design experience in the field of Institutional Building, Hospitals, Office, Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Metro, Rail, Airport, Tourism, Zoo, Biodiversity Park, SEZ Buildings.
Preference will be given to those who are efficient in design and concept presentation. (Design Competition).
