Project Analyst Intern

About the Role

Join Simrekas global PMO team as a Project Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience coordinating and executing enterprise-level projects. You'll work alongside industry-leading experts on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), and DevSecOps initiatives, collaborating across multiple teams and geographies. Play a key role in supporting the end-to-end management of critical software product development and delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination and Execution:

• Support project coordination and execution across SDL, STLC, and DevSecOps frameworks.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
• Facilitate and coordinate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Performance Management & PMO Adherence:

• Assist in project reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Collect and analyze project metrics to evaluate delivery health and identify process optimization opportunities.
• Maintain project artifacts and ensure adherence to global PMO standards.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging, visual reports and dashboards for teams and management.

Required Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a keen interest in enterprise project management methodologies, PMO functions, and software development lifecycles.
• Google Project Management Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
