Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have skills : Scrum Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : any degree in computer science Summary :As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. Your typical day will involve executing demand management processes, providing training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitating project governance and reporting, and creating models to improve business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the latest project status. Facilitate project governance and reporting, ensuring that project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, risks, and issues. Provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, ensuring that project team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully. Create models to improve business decisions, using data analysis and visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform project planning and execution. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, with at least 3 years of experience in managing projects using Scrum. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean, and with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Experience in managing project budgets, with a good understanding of financial management principles and practices. Experience in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets, using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Experience in data analysis and visualization, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
