Roles and responsibilities

As a Survey Programmer, you will be a quality-focused expert in delivering projects to meet

client expectations, timeframes, and Azure’s high delivery standards. The role requires a well-

organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects

simultaneously, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality. Your ability to meet

deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude will be crucial in maintaining the

exceptional quality and service to our clients.

Your day-to-day core responsibilities will include, but not limited to

• Exhibit expertise in programming complex online questionnaires, meticulously scripting

surveys, managing overlays, and delivering reporting links that adhere to client specifications.

• Collaborate closely with team members to consistently deliver projects that surpass client

expectations within designated timeframes.

• Uphold our 'Right First Time' (FTR) policy, ensuring every project reflects our unwavering commitment to quality control and accuracy.
• Skill fully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while

maintaining our exceptional quality standards.

• Embrace opportunities to work independently on projects, showcasing your proficiency and

expertise, while also fostering a strong collaborative environment.

• Provide support and assistance to team members, embodying our commitment to teamwork.
• Contribute to process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in kick off calls and have constructive discussions with stakeholders (PM and DP

teams)

Senior Programmer

Requirements:

• Our ideal Senior Survey Programmer will have a minimum 4+ years of experience on Forsta (Decipher) platform.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, Python along with advanced knowledge of HTML and

CSS

• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring prompt

delivery.

• Good English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective engagement with team members within the

organization.

• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
• Adaptability and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing business environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours to achieve project objectives, when need arises.
• Possesses exceptional attention to detail along with an analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
