Programmer Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to analyze, define, and document software requirements.
  
• Design, develop, and implement software applications and enhancements.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on user requirements and specifications.
  
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or modernization strategies.
  
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and functionality.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and reports.
  
• Work closely with project managers and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  
• Maintain and support existing applications, including updates and bug fixes.
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, data security, and organizational policies.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering

  , or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a

  Programmer Analyst

  ,

  Software Developer

  , or similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as

  Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

• Experience with

  web technologies

  (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular).
• Knowledge of

  (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of

• Familiarity with

  concepts.
• Experience in

  data analysis and reporting

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with
