Title: Programmer Analyst

• We are looking for a creative Level II developer/programmer analyst/ Technical Lead to join the 42Q Engineering team. In this position, analysts/developers are constantly challenged to find innovative solutions for various manufacturing application needs. Strong programming skills are required.
• The developer is responsible for software development as a key member of a project team. He/She works closely with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, and others to design, develop and test software solutions to business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solve problems of considerable scope and complexity.
• Requirement Analysis, Designing, coding, debugging and optimizing both front-end and back-end components as well as internal tools, such as configuration management and development/test environments.
• Work closely with project, application and enterprise architects to develop solutions.
• Drive the continuous evolution of best practices within the development team.
• Identify and recommend where increased automation, performance enhancements, application enhancements and quality enhancements may be incorporated.

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Candidates should possess an extreme level of experience on all the below mandatory skills.

• Education

  : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.

• 4+ years

  of work experience as a Developer / Technical Lead.
• Good design and architecture knowledge, as well as

  extensive experience with backend frameworks such as .NET or Java.

• Must have development experience with web-related technologies such as

  HTML(5), JS, CSS(3), Angular(5+ versions).

• Must have development experience in

  SQL

  in writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, index and performance tuning.
• Positive and professional approach at all times.
• All the above points will be tested during the interview process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.E / B. Tech / M.E/ M. Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology or Software Systems or related field.
• Strong skills in the use of development software tools. Experience in Visual Studio.
• Understanding of the SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Source code version control using GIT.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• Task management using the Jira tool
• Experience with Cloud computing, event streaming and big data will be a big plus.
• Experience with microservices and HA environments is a plus.
