As a Programme Coordinator, you will work under the Programme Lead to help implement a wide variety of education initiatives in schools. You will support field operations, logistics, coordination with schools and experts/speakers, monitoring, assessments, documentation, and ensure smooth on-ground execution.You will rotate across different programmes as assigned and contribute to their end-to-end delivery — including preparation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Execution Support
- Assist the Programme Lead in planning and scheduling sessions and educational programmes.
- Conduct research for planning these programmes.
- Coordinate with schools for logistics, timings, and confirmation.
- Visit the schools for recce visits.
- Ensure programme material (booklets, forms, kits, etc.) is ready before session.
- Coordinate with experts/speakers for their session requirements and reminders.
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution of sessions, as per the finalised timetable.
- On-Ground Implementation:
- Reach the school before time on programme days (early morning field visits).
- Manage on-the-day logistics: seating, audio-visual setup, session coordination, etc.
- Support & facilitate speaker sessions by coordinating with school staff and students.
- Ensure attendance, maintain decorum, and guide students through session process.
- Make notes of session content, and observations of student reception, queries, etc., for reporting and documentation.
- Capture good quality and properly framed photos and write session highlights for daily updates.
- Encourage and motivate students to learn, help them voice their doubts to speakers.
- Ensure that the session objectives are being delivered.
- Assessments and Documentation
- Distribute, collect, and process pre- and post-assessment forms and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and implementation notes.
- Share session data and materials with the Programme Lead for reporting.
- Support in preparing structured reports through templates provided.
- Store, label, and organise programme data systematically (File and folder management).
- School Coordination
- Build and maintain a warm, respectful relationship with school teachers and staff at the time of the programme.
- Serve as first point of contact on field days to address immediate queries or changes.
- Follow up for information, approvals, and acknowledgements from point of contact teachers for various requirements.
- Collect testimonials and feedback from school teachers and principal.
- Support in All Programmes

- Exposure Visits.
- Lecture Series or Awareness Programmes.

- Reporting & Team Structure
- Reports To: Programme Lead (Education).
- Receives guidance, task allocation, and mentoring from the Programme Lead.
- Expected to collaborate with other coordinators, experts, and the school team.
