Role and Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation

• Collaborate with Ad Ops, Agencies, and internal teams for campaign setup.
• Ensure accurate implementation of IOs/media plans in DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon).
• Monitor post-launch performance and resolve delivery or tech issues.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze DSP/Ad Server data for daily pacing and performance.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs.
• Deliver performance reports and share insights with clients.
• Use dashboards for optimization and provide BI feedback.
• Support associates with complex optimization queries.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Ideally, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of hardcore programmatic experience.
• Hands-on experience of DSP platforms like DV360 / TTD / Amazon
• Optimizations skills for different setups and buy types are a must.
• Able to understand Media plans and call out any challenges in achieving KPIs.
• Able to pull different reports to analyze campaign performance and make changes to setups on the go
• Multi-tasks on different campaign setups and optimization
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to spot trends in data and generate insights based on that.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
