Senior Graphic Designer

Job Title:

• Lead Design Strategy:

  Translate marketing and brand objectives into compelling visual concepts, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning.

• Creative Direction:

  Develop and maintain the brands visual identity, including colour palette, typography, iconography, and graphic systems.

• Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual output.

• Design Execution:

• Create engaging visual content for campaigns, digital assets, print materials, presentations, and social media.
• Develop logos, icons, illustrations, and visual motifs that elevate brand recall.
• Build and refine custom typography and fonts to enhance brand character.

• Quality & Consistency:

  Ensure all design outputs reflect brand guidelines and meet the highest creative standards.

• Mentorship:

  Guide junior designers and external creative partners to maintain design excellence across all channels.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum

  7 years of experience

  in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across brand, digital, and print media.

• Expert-level proficiency

  in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of

  typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design.

• Proven ability to

  create or customise fonts, design logos, and build cohesive brand systems.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect design decisions to business and marketing goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Experience in working with external agencies, printers, or production partners is a plus.
• Attention to detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and a passion for innovation in design.
