Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, online ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
Work on illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics as required.
Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools like Figma/Canva.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.
Experience with digital design for web and social media.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle feedback positively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
