Role Overview

O Hi is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative execution skills who can maintain brand consistency while delivering impactful, performance-driven designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and marketing initiatives
• Translate brand strategy into consistent, high-impact visual assets
• Design creatives for reels, posts, stories, banners, ads, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and growth teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across platforms
• Review and improve design quality while meeting timelines and business objectives
• Mentor junior designers and support team development (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital media, social platforms, startups, or agencies
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Motion is a plus)
• Proven experience in social media creatives and performance marketing design
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience working with brands, influencers, or entertainment-led platforms is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,439.74 - ₹38,000.17 per month
