Job description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our in-house marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, promoting residential projects, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: The sales person will work towards achieving the sales target month on month. Follow up on leads, call prospects to the site and show the clients around. Responsible for sales and marketing of the residential project through all verticals Following the leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing of the sale. Network with corporate, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales. Planning and implementing strategies for new project launch mainly project marketing & sales planning. Responsible for post sales cycle and customer satisfaction. Coordinate property launches, site events, open houses, and virtual tours. Create marketing content, including social media posts, property listings, and email newsletters. Work with Channel Partners and agencies for site visits. Align with marketing strategies with lead generation and reach sales goals. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred) Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics Familiarity with real estate regulations and documentation processes
