Job Description

Job Title : Programmatic Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Work Schedule: Open to night shifts & flexible timings

Mode of Work: WFO

Looking for immediate joiners only

Adscholars is looking for talented and performance-driven Programmatic Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing programmatic campaigns, with a strong command of DV360, audience strategies, and optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs
Execute audience targeting and segmentation, especially via DV360.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance; apply basic and advanced optimization

strategies

Generate reports and insights using Excel and platform tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet campaign objectives and KPIs

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2 to 8 years in programmatic advertising.
Proficiency in DV360 and Excel.
Expertise in TTD audience creation.
Strong knowledge of basic and advanced optimization techniques.
