Program Support Specialist

What you will do

As a Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between cross-geographical and domain teams such as Business, Product, and Development to ensure smooth execution of product goals, enhancements, and user enablement. The ideal candidate will support the Program Manager in driving product success through effective tool demonstrations, documentation, and progress tracking.

How you will do it

• Understand key business KPIs and assist teams in achieving analytical goals aligned with expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product milestones.
• Conduct demonstrations of the EPIC system to engineering and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks in product development and launch phases, and support mitigation planning.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for product features, enhancements, and workflows.
• Facilitate feedback reviews and discussions to refine requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Provide overviews of new enhancements prior to deployment of features or modules.
• Track progress against the product roadmap, focusing on new features and improvements.
• Develop user reports, guides, training materials, and onboarding content to support product adoption.

What we look for

Education: BE/B.Tech

Experience: 4–8 years in Building automation domain.

• Good understanding of engineering business dynamics across geographies and regions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, perform analysis, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools like (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with documentation tools, product demos and project tracking.
