Role Overview: As a Business Analysis Expert with Engineering Functional Expertise & Other Function Expertise at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and productivity through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. Working under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will be based out of the India location with a Hybrid work schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and maintain comprehensive operational reports, analyze data to identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Run Operational Reports: Generate and maintain comprehensive operational reports for various projects and engineering productivity metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for decision-making processes. - Analyze and Highlight Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic initiatives, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering and other functional teams to gather requirements, understand processes, and identify areas for improvement. - Support Program Management: Assist the Program Manager in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions for project success. - Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity across projects, recommending best practices and innovative solutions based on data analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical and analytical principles. - 8+ years of proven experience in business analysis, preferably in an engineering or technical environment, showcasing the ability to translate business needs into actionable analysis. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting complex data sets, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques. - Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively communicate findings. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools, demonstrating effective tracking and reporting of project progress. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
