Job Context

Programme Officers,

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment of community needs for project identification, actionable proposals & approvals
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, coordination and implementation of the programme activities
• Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups for collaborative CSR efforts.
• Collect field data to prepare progress reports, budgets, case studies, success stories and other documentation for internal / external stakeholders, Audits, Statutory Reporting and Impact assessment.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project execution.
• Facilitate community contribution & innovation in community development projects
• Strong understanding of Community development, CSR frameworks, standards and regulations including emerging trends, and industry best practices.
• Support the Manager - Operations to carry out and monitor infra, education, health, skill development and sustainability related projects
• Perform any other tasks assigned and provide hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications and experience

• Graduation (preferably Bachelors in Social Work /B.A. Sociology)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in any NGO of repute.

Other Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS-Office package and collection of data as per given formats
• Must be owner of a 2-Wheeler with a valid driving licence; willing to use the same for official travel on reimbursement basis
