Role: Program Officer [Health] Training and Implementation, (Betul, Damoh, Morena) MP Experience: 4-7 years [Not more than 7 years] Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA ____________________________________________ Responsibilities: Independently plan and implement interventions end-to-end in one block (150-200 villages, >1.5 lakhs population). Troubleshoot issues and conduct daily field visits. Monitor programs routinely and continuously ideate/analyze data to improve delivery. Maintain strong relationships with government officials (village/block/district) and frontline workers. Contribute to organizational vision and collaborate with team members. Skills and Qualifications: 2-5 years of work experience in development organizations, corporate, or management consulting. Adept at handling large data volumes, managing diverse stakeholders, and leading initiatives independently. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strategic and analytical thinking.
