Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager located in Kolkata. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Tasks include developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, tracking project performance, and using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. The Program Manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, and developing detailed project plans
• Strong knowledge of budget management and tracking project performance
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Experience in the technology industry is beneficial
