The Program Manager leads a temporary organization established for the purpose of developing and improving the Isuzu Group through business and Connected solutions. The Program Manager understands that business value originates from a customer perspective and uses IT as a tool to enable business capabilities within UD processes.As professional development occurs, the Program Manager has to develop the ability to run increasingly complex projects. Projects may be executed in different delivery models such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid. The Program Manager should also develop an awareness of how business processes and frameworks might impact the project set-up and execution. Responsibilities and Duties: Use the Project Management Methods, Templates, Tools, Policies, Guidelines and Processes. Establish and maintain professional relationship with the stakeholders across the globe. Develop the assignments (including mission, deliverables, timing) in alignment with global requestors. Carry out the work according to agreed scope, cost, time and quality. Regularly communicate/report plans, assignments, results and deviations to the stakeholders. Manage and distribute the work to the staff within the scope of the assignment description. Setup project team, propose governance structure, and select/adapt project/delivery method (Waterfall, Agile SCRUM or Hybrid) and tools to the context of the project/delivery. Ensure that the project/team delivers in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined for the chosen delivery method.Resolve conflicts / Make decisions within the framework decided by the Steering Committee considering various alternatives. Plan and manage activities related to Change Management, communication, organizational changes, competence and training requirements. Aim for early deliveries using the Minimal Viable Product principles and a reduced time to market implementation strategy, adding business value as a primary objective. Delegate and motivate individuals within a distributed and multicultural project team. University degree in Engineering/technology and/or Business Administration 2. Strong Business acumen Leadership skills 3. Receiving, Analysing, Processing and documenting information accurately Evaluating Information to determine and ensure compliance standards Stakeholder s closest partner by providing them Built-in-Quality Logistics Solutions Perform effective deviation management and Transform into excellence in Risk management Handle the invoices both AP and AR Role (purpose of the Job) The Transport Controller is responsible for managing and coordination of EXIM / Domestic shipments; with the customers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, ship agents, CHA & customs personnel, Xdock, truckers, and up to receiving of delivery and must provide the client with the best overall service levels, meet & exceed established goals for on-time pick-up and delivery with proactive approach. Handling of incoming invoices from LSPs and outgoing invoices to Inter company (both AP and AR) including deviation managing with LSPs. Key Responsibilities Transport Material/Products/Parts: Ensure the effectiveness of processes and including delivery, quality, cost, continuous improvement on the responsible areas. Managed KPIs achievement with positive and stable trend in the transport Material/ Parts areas within India Scope. Secure that best practice processes are implemented and followed. Ensure process are in place to monitor business performance and proactively alert business leaders on potential issues. Implementation of continuous improvement activities and to deliver cost saving and business process improvements. Pro-active work to minimize risk/ risk management in the responsible areas. Handling and Controlling invoices from LSPs and secure submittion ontime to Accoun ting department for the payment. Verifying the invoices against rate sheet of agreed contract before submission to Team Leader for approval and accounting Department for payment. Reconciliation between cost liability vs payment. Providing Freight invoice for import customs propose within UDT PL operated countries. (if applicable) Handling inter company invoices which to be charged between UDT PL India/ Thailand/ Japan/ China/ South Africa and UDT SPOL Singapore or others. Summary of accrual for every month end. Summary and Analysis of logistics cost for Transport operations.
