Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Operations: Support end-to-end recruiting operations, ensuring seamless coordination between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Monitor and improve recruiting workflows and SLAs. Process Design & Optimization: Design, document, and implement scalable recruiting processes. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and execute improvements. Automation & Tools: Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to integrate tools and systems. Workday Expertise: Manage and optimize recruiting workflows within Workday. Troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, and ensure data integrity. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze recruiting metrics and dashboards. Provide insights to drive data-informed decisions. Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar role. Proven track record in process design , workflow optimization , and automation Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
