Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Design and execute programs that integrate anti-abuse strategies across product and engineering teams.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure policy enforcement and improve user safety across platforms.
Manage full project lifecycles including schedules, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
Support integration of new products into protection platforms while optimizing tools and processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 5 years in program/project management.
Lean Six Sigma certification and experience leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects across time zones and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
