About the Job: UI Lead (Google Cloud)

Google Cloud develops technologies that transform how billions of users interact with information. Software engineers at Google Cloud work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. As a UI Lead, you will design and develop user interfaces that help security analysts combat cyber threats.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in data structures and algorithms.
2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience in web application design and development using Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with at least one popular web framework (JSF, Spring MVC, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead the user experience vision and strategy for search and investigation engines, helping security analysts combat cyber threats.
Drive the design and development of user interfaces for security investigation workflows.
Enable customers to build and customize investigations through robust self-service capabilities.
Collaborate with technical leads/teams, often in the US, to align on vision and execution.
