Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Business Leaders in coordinating the activities of multiple projects within a program, including product development initiatives.

  • Timeline and Budget Management: Support the team in tracking project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects and product releases.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales, and marketing), ensuring stakeholders are informed about project progress, risks, product requirements, and deliverables.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Help prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations, including product roadmaps and status updates, to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and assist in resolving issues that may impact program delivery, product timelines, or customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance program efficiency, product development workflows, and customer-facing solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze project and product data (e.g., user feedback, performance metrics) to support decision-making and ensure project and product goals are met.
  • Product Development Support: Collaborate with product teams to define, prioritize, and implement product improvements by gathering user feedback, analyzing pain points, and ensuring enhancements align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Business Requirement Document (BRD) Creation: Lead the drafting and maintenance of BRDs to outline business objectives, functional requirements, and constraints for new features or products. This includes: Defining business goals and project background. Identifying key stakeholders and their needs. Documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Creating use cases or user stories to guide development. Establishing success metrics to measure product performance.
  • Product Requirement Gathering: Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams by collecting, refining, and communicating product requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with Ambaks vision of simplifying home financing.
  • Feature Prioritization: Work with product managers and business leaders to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, market trends, and strategic goals.
  • User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring product changes enhance functionality, usability, and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in the home financing process.
