• Manage and oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Define program scope, goals, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes on time and within budget
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
• Develop program plans, timelines, and progress reports for leadership
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project managers, and teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in program execution
• Monitor program performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

  ; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in

  program or project management

  roles
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with

  program management tools

  (MS Project, Jira, or similar)
• Knowledge of

  Agile / Scrum methodologies

  is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
