Role Summary

Job Title: Program Manager – Supply

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization & Value Stream Mapping

  • Value stream mapping of various processes in the supply domain to improve Cost, Delivery, and TAT.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement lean process improvements.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Benchmarking

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for process benchmarking and to identify improvement areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

3. Vendor Delight & Operational Excellence

  • Work on processes related to payment processing, rejections handling, PO creation, and accounts reconciliations to improve vendor experience.
  • Develop initiatives to make DSLR a preferred buyer by ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and efficient operations.

4. Technology Integration & System Efficiency

  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP with the current data management system.
  • Enhance overall system efficiency by improving data accuracy, accessibility, and reporting.

5. Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across supply functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor degree from IITs/NITs
  • 2+ years experience in Startups
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proven ability to lead cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
