Program Manager-Startups

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Organizational skills to design, execute, and oversee initiatives effectively
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in project management / program management
• Expertise in building and nurturing partnerships and relationships with various stakeholders such as startups, enterprises, incubators/accelerators, and venture capital firms
• Event organization, time management, and coordination skills to manage workshops, conferences, and networking events
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to assess program impact and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with startup founders and industry leaders at equal ease
• Passion for technology and innovation, coupled with the ability to drive meaningful outcomes
• Bias for action in a constantly evolving work context is a critical requirement
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience working in startup ecosystems, accelerators, or similar roles is highly beneficial
