Job Description

The Program Manager role at Adobe is a pivotal position responsible for leading complex, multi-track client engagements from initiation through successful delivery. As an Individual Contributor, you will leverage your strong program and project management expertise, backed by a solid technical foundation, to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, product, creative, and strategy, your primary focus will be on implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related services to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities As the Program Manager, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities: Program & Project Leadership: - Manage integrated, multi-track projects and large-scale programs efficiently. - Oversee project estimation, resourcing, and delivery planning meticulously. - Define and enforce governance, processes, and scope management effectively. - Drive execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery consistently. Client & Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for client executives and stakeholders. - Establish and nurture strong peer-level client relationships by managing expectations, negotiations, and escalations adeptly. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and clear communication. Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead diverse, globally distributed teams of 15+ professionals across marketing, technology, creative, and production functions. - Provide clear objectives, direction, and motivation to maximize team performance. - Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment that encourages success. Risk & Quality Management: - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across projects and programs effectively. - Establish quality standards and apply lessons learned continuously. - Promote best practices in project management and delivery consistently. Business Development Support: - Collaborate with sales and account leadership on new business opportunities. - Contribute to solution design, proposals, and program roadmaps for future engagements. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. - 10-14 years of progressive project/program management experience. - Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from business development to delivery. - Extensive experience in client management, including executive-level relationship management and negotiations. - Strong expertise in Agile methodologies. - Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in dynamic, globally distributed environments. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
