Role Overview

Program Manager – New Business

Key Responsibilities

• Support identification, evaluation, and execution of new business opportunities.
  
• Prepare costing, research reports, feasibility studies, and business analysis.
  
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end activities for government tendering processes, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including

  Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing

  to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and management reports for decision-making.
  
• Track and monitor project/program progress, risks, and deliverables.
  
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and presentations meet business and client expectations.
  

Candidate Profile

• Education

  : Graduate in a technical field (Engineering preferred) with MBA.

• Experience

  : Minimum 4–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability for costing, research, and business evaluation.
  
• Good knowledge of government tendering processes, project structures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  with strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Highly organized, rational, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
