Program Planning & Strategy

• Identify high-demand healthcare courses and design a roadmap for launch.
• Define program goals, budgets, success metrics, and timelines.
• Develop strategies to differentiate Academically’s offerings in the global market.

Content Leadership

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), academic heads, and faculty.
• Ensure high-quality, practical, and industry-aligned course content.
• Review course materials to maintain academic integrity and real-world relevance.

Faculty & Community Management

• Identify and onboard qualified trainers and thought leaders.
• Support faculty in course delivery and engagement.
• Build a strong academic community for ongoing learning and mentorship.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, sales, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Work with the marketing team on positioning, promotions, and launch campaigns.
• Coordinate with tech teams to ensure seamless delivery on the learning platform.

Promotion & Go-to-Market

• Represent Academically via 

  webinars, workshops, and online events

  .
• Build student trust with your 

  storytelling and on-camera presence

  .
• Co-create campaigns and digital strategies to reach target audiences.

Performance & Impact

• Track student engagement, feedback, and career outcomes.
• Continuously improve programs based on market and student needs.
• Scale successful courses into long-term industry-recognized programs.
  

• 3–6 years’ experience

   in 

  MSL / HEOR / Medical Affairs

   (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Passion for 

  education, training, and mentoring

  .

• Comfortable on camera

   – webinars, podcasts, live workshops.
• Startup DNA: self-driven, adaptable, able to take ownership.
• Business acumen to help us build this vertical as a sustainable growth driver.

Bonus Skills / Background:

• Prior teaching, training, or EdTech experience.
• Academic background (Assistant Professors / Lecturers) looking to move into industry.
• Project management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with online education tools and platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in #Pharmacy, #Medicine, #Dentistry, #Nursing, #Physiotherapy, or Life Sciences.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare is highly desirable.
