Your Role

• Drives the execution of digital strategy / transformational projects across SLS Supply Chain for Life Science
• Oversee and support ongoing and new SLS Supply chain projects.
• Advance data driven decision making within the Supply Chain function.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• At all times maintain a professional outlook and demonstrate respect, initiative and commitment towards your internal and external suppliers and customers
• Liaise closely with all departments in seeking or forwarding information vital to satisfy internal customer needs.
• Liaise with other departments to gain the greatest insights for projects.
• Actively continue to develop personal skills either internally within the company or externally on approved divisional training courses.
• Develop objectives, strategies, and tactics to expand process efficiency.
• Communicate to Management any information that you feel may be relevant to the Company’s objectives and strategies.

Who you are

• BS degree in a scientific, technical, or management
• APICS Certification’s like CSCP, CPIM preferred.
• Black Belt or Green Belt and / or PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in a strategic or supply chain & distribution role.
• Experience with frequent visibility and interaction with senior level managers.
• Strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical customer expectations of Life Science suppliers a plus.
• Understanding of supply chain planning software applications, ERP’s and Analytical Tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various disciplines within the business.
