Job Description

Program Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Description

The Program Manager is a client facing role.

This role will manage a portfolio of engagements and/or multi-phased projects for multiple/ single customers. The person in this role is expected to manage highly complex enterprise level programs with multiple phases, interrelated work streams, associated budgets and different stakeholders and manage it holistically. The Program Manager is the single point of contact for the entire program of work

Major Work Responsibilities

Manage client engagements from kickoff to delivery.
Plan, develop and execute large-scale technical projects.
Coordinate internal and client resources on a daily basis.
Develop detailed project plans.
Manages customer expectations and meets clients face-to-face as needed
Manage problem escalation protocols for pursuing problems to levels in the organization at which they can and should be resolved
Able to facilitate technical scoping and design sessions, by working with the appropriate technical resources (internal, vendor, client)

Job prerequisites

4 to 7 years of technical infrastructure project management experience
Experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant or Project Manager with IT infrastructure
Process knowledge on Service Delivery model and Operations , goverance, Curstomer Service
Should possess Sound technical experience in Datacentre/Networking/ Private Cloud
Candidate should have Private cloud and Managed Services experience (working with the COE teams )
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred (not mandatory)
