Program Manager - Investment Banking

As the Strategic Program Manager in the investment banking sector, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing large-scale strategic programs. Your responsibilities will include establishing and managing program governance structures, developing program artifacts, monitoring program health, managing project plans and resource allocation, tracking progress against milestones, and preparing executive-level updates and presentations. You will also be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, supporting new business opportunities, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will lead change management efforts, support transformation programs, and partner with senior strategy team members on strategic planning and analytics. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred. You should have at least 7 years of experience in program/project management, consulting, or strategy roles within investment banking, capital markets, or financial services.
