About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our training delivery engine. The Alignment Specialist ensures that instructor allocation, delivery readiness and coordination across all program types happen smoothly, on time and without follow-up. The work spans both B2B corporate programs and B2C professional courses, requiring seamless coordination with Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, Solutioning and Instructor groups.

We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven doer — someone who enjoys solving operational puzzles, moves fast with clarity and brings order to a complex multi-team environment.

Experience

• Total experience required: 5 to 6 years
• Minimum relevant experience: 3 years in coordination, delivery operations, scheduling or multi-stakeholder roles
• Experience in EdTech, L&D, project coordination or training operations preferred

Education

• Graduation is mandatory
• Technical academic background preferred (BCA, BSc IT, BE, BTech or similar)
• Project management exposure is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Sessions Alignment and Instructor Allocation

• Own the Live Sessions workflow from request logging to final instructor confirmation
• Validate session details, timelines and delivery feasibility
• Coordinate with Delivery and Instructor pools to ensure timely allocation
• Trigger and follow-through sourcing actions when instructors are unavailable

2. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication

• Act as the central hub of communication across Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, Solutioning and Instructor teams
• Provide crisp, timely updates with zero ambiguity
• Manage dependencies across multiple layers without dropping threads
• Escalate blockers early and ensure smooth handoffs

3. B2B Training Fulfillment Support

• Facilitate Solutioning evaluations for new instructors
• Drive expectation-setting discussions and ensure instructor readiness
• Manage client-connect interactions when required for validation
• Run condensed onboarding for urgent corporate deliveries

4. Support for B2C Delivery Needs

• Align instructors for B2C batches when scheduling overlaps or resource constraints occur
• Work closely with Delivery to maintain continuity and quality across running cohorts

5. Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate trackers, schedules and data hygiene
• Proactively identify risks, gaps and process improvements
• Uphold delivery SLAs and ensure readiness before handover
