Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent leadership skills, with 6-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Develop and implement program plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality deliverables, and drive business growth.
Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program execution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Program Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
