Role Overview:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing data systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting program teams with insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in NGO settings, strong analytical skills, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & MIS

• Design and maintain project-specific MIS tools and dashboards
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, validation, and storage
• Coordinate with teams for regular data collection and updates
• Manage digital platforms (Google Forms, Excel-based trackers)

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and donor use
• Create visual summaries (charts, graphs, dashboards) for program reviews
• Support donor reporting and impact documentation (case studies, success stories)
• Present findings to leadership for strategic decision-making
• Provide support on database management and ensure data quality
