Key Responsibilities

• Employee Connect: Build engagement by ensuring regular interaction with employees, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Client Connect: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and high satisfaction levels.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts and support business expansion initiatives.
• Program Management: Track ongoing activities, maintain reports, and ensure commitments and deliverables are met on time.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align client expectations and employee performance with organizational goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Basic understanding of IT/Tech services (preferred, not mandatory).

Location- Noida Sector-62

Working Days- 6 (5 days Work from office)
