Program Manager – Campus Operations

We invite applications for the role of Program Manager – Campus Operations.

The role will lead and manage the full spectrum of campus operations at our new Ranchi campus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure readiness of classrooms, seminar halls, conference halls, Guest residences for academic/quasi-academic sessions/ events.
• Ensure high quality of facilities management in terms of upkeep of academic and residential buildings, outdoor spaces, landscaping, cafeterias, waste management etc.
• Undertake operations and repair & maintenance of all facilities on campus including buildings, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC etc.
• Ensure efficient management of F&B services on campus for students and members.
• Effectively managing the medical services on campus including managing the medical centre, ambulance, medical personnel.
• Being responsible for security arrangements on campus including management of security personnel, biometric systems, CCTV network, QRT vehicles etc.
• Ensure high standards of fire safety compliance by ensuring adequate staffing of fire personnel, management of firefighting systems, training of members and students.
• Adherence to standards established by regulatory authorities on pollution, medical and fire safety, labour norms, security etc.
• Provide operational inputs to ongoing/ proposed construction projects to achieve the desired standards of infrastructure needed for academic programmes.
• Create facilities, as and when needed, for academic programmes and well-being of members and students.
• Handle all procurements cases related to operations and academics including contract management, AMC, online and offline procurements in accordance with the established norms.

Requirements:

• 12 to 15 years of operational experience in leadership capacity (in terms of range of operational experience and the team size handled)
• Critical thinking and ability to suggest alternatives
• Strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and a collaborative work ethic
