We invite applications for the role of Program Manager to help us develop and implement clear outreach plans for our courses and programmes. You will be responsible to strengthen our admissions outreach for all programmes, across all channels of communication. You will be expected to invest time in understanding the nature of the University, its purpose, the orientation of each of our programmes, and our expectations from students. You will be expected to craft strategies in alignment with the above, to encourage students to apply to our programmes. Responsibilities: Increasing visibility of University’s programmes among students, parents and relevant institutions Developing targeted messaging suitable for each audience and platform (in-person outreach, website, social media, events, videos, etc.) Developing year-round communication campaigns Executing action plans and tracking effectiveness Collaborating closely with the communication and other teams in the University Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with a range of communication channels, including physical events, webinars, digital campaigns and social media Fluency in Hindi is desirable but not mandatory (oral and written) Application Procedure: Please email the following documents to with the subject line “ Application for Program Manager – Admissions Outreach”: Curriculum Vitae Covering letter Show more Show less
