Requirements

Plant Engineering - Service Line-Operations Support Lead (PMO), to work with various cross-functional groups and support for service delivery /operations support. The PMO lead should have 6-10 Years of project/operation experience. Operations Support Lead (PMO), who is an independent contributor, work directly with SL Head and be able to engage/collaborate with all Project Delivery Managers/Heads, which includes cross-functional groups such as HR-Operations, HR-Hiring, HR-L&D, Workforce Management, Workforce Transformation, Service Delivery, Office Administration, and External Vendors to support business growth.

Roles and Responsibly

Should have a strong project planning and operation management background

Should have very good excellent written, oral communication, presentation skills and reporting skills

Should have strong coordination, collaboration skills key to success this role. In addition, Follow-Up skills are mandatory.

Should have a strong hands-on experience MS-Office and various regular, ad-hoc report analysis and preparations

Should have a strong learning ability to understand the dynamics of the operation, and be able to come up with new ideas/ proposed solutions to solve ad-hoc and large business /organizational operational problems.

Should have knowledge to create/manage/document different processes.

Provide crucial support in the creation of proposals, MIS reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

Assist the Manager with operational issues.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Willingness to learn.

Any Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering (or) Bachelor / Master Degree.

MBA - Operations (Preferred), and add advantage PMP certification.
