Job Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Management Executive to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of online programs, ensuring a smooth learner experience, and working closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the smooth execution of online courses and programs.
- Create and maintain course schedules and batches.
- Liaise with facilitators, mentors, and internal teams to ensure program timelines are met.
- Track learner progress and ensure high engagement in live sessions and communication channels (WhatsApp, Email, LMS).
- Handle learner queries and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor program quality and recommend improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain program data and prepare regular reports on learner attendance, participation, and completion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with LMS tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
