Job Role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the smooth execution of online courses and programs.
• Create and maintain course schedules and batches.
• Liaise with facilitators, mentors, and internal teams to ensure program timelines are met.
• Track learner progress and ensure high engagement in live sessions and communication channels (WhatsApp, Email, LMS).
• Handle learner queries and provide timely resolution.
• Monitor program quality and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Maintain program data and prepare regular reports on learner attendance, participation, and completion rates.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with LMS tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
