Program Consultant Functional Health Programs

As a Program Consultant at Smriti Kochar Healthcare LLP, your primary role will be to engage with potential clients, understand their health concerns, and guide them in selecting the right health programs aligned with their goals. You will play a crucial role in converting inquiries into committed clients by offering empathetic, knowledgeable, and confident guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with leads through various channels such as website, email, or social media, and conduct discovery calls or chats to understand their health concerns and goals. - Explain the functional medicine approach used by the company and provide personalized recommendations on suitable programs. - Clearly explain the structure of different programs, set realistic expectations about benefits and outcomes, and help prospects understand the onboarding process. - Follow up consistently with leads, maintain records of interactions, and collaborate with the internal team for seamless handover of converted clients. - Serve as a trusted guide for potential clients, representing the values and ethos of the brand. Qualifications & Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in consultative sales, healthcare programs, wellness, or functional medicine programs. - Background in health coaching, nutrition, functional medicine, psychology, or counseling is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. - Good at listening, empathizing, and guiding individuals. - Ability to handle objections gracefully and explain complex concepts in a simple way. - Self-driven with a sales mindset but aligned to authentic and ethical client care. - Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
