Key Responsibilities: - Engage with leads through various channels such as website forms, emails, or social media inquiries. - Conduct discovery calls or chats to comprehend their health concerns and objectives. - Provide insights into the functional medicine approach and its relevance to their specific case. - Offer personalized recommendations on the most suitable programs for their needs. - Address queries regarding pricing, duration, outcomes, processes, and timelines. - Clearly outline the structure of different programs, including gut healing and hormonal balance programs. - Manage expectations by explaining the benefits and outcomes of the programs. - Assist prospects in understanding the onboarding process, coach consultations, and next steps. - Follow up consistently with leads requiring more time to make a decision. - Maintain records of all interactions, track leads, and utilize CRM tools effectively. - Coordinate with internal team members for a seamless handover of converted clients. - Schedule appointments between clients and practitioners efficiently. - Represent the brand's values of science-backed, honest, and personalized care. - 2-4 years of experience in consultative sales, healthcare programs, wellness, or functional medicine. - Background in health coaching, nutrition, functional medicine, psychology, or counseling is advantageous. - Proficiency in Hindi and English for effective communication. - Strong listening, empathetic, and guiding skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. - Self-driven with a sales-oriented mindset focused on authentic and ethical client care. - Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
