Job Description

As a Program Consultant at Smriti Kochar Healthcare LLP, your main responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable health programs tailored to their needs. By offering empathetic, knowledgeable, and confident guidance, you will play a crucial role in converting inquiries into committed clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with leads through various channels such as website forms, email, or social media to address their health concerns and objectives. - Conduct discovery calls to comprehend their individual health issues and goals. - Clearly elucidate the functional medicine approach and its relevance to their specific case. - Provide personalized recommendations on the most appropriate programs for their requirements. - Address inquiries regarding program pricing, duration, expected outcomes, processes, and timelines. Program Guidance & Navigation: - Explain the structure of different programs, including gut healing programs, hormonal balance programs, etc. - Establish realistic expectations regarding program benefits and results. - Guide prospects through the onboarding process, initial consultations, and subsequent steps. Conversion & Sales: - Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads requiring additional time to make a decision. - Keep track of leads, document all interactions, and utilize CRM tools for effective management. - Manage lead tracking sheets and Management Information Systems (MIS) as needed. Coordination & Communication: - Collaborate with internal team members (coaches, nutritionists, admins) to ensure seamless transition of converted clients. - Facilitate smooth scheduling between clients and practitioners. - Proactively identify and address any drop-offs, misunderstandings, or communication gaps. Client Relationship Building: - Serve as a trusted advisor for potential clients during this crucial decision-making phase. - Uphold the brand values of being science-backed, honest, and providing personalized care. Qualifications & Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in consultative sales, healthcare programs, wellness, or functional medicine. - Background in health coaching, nutrition, functional medicine, psychology, or counseling is advantageous. - Proficient in verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. - Strong listening, empathizing, and guiding skills. - Ability to handle objections tactfully and simplify complex concepts. - Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset while prioritizing authentic and ethical client care. - Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
