Program Co-ordinator (SBIF), Project Executive ( SBIF)

Essential Qualification: bachelor''s degree in any discipline(nursing preffered); Master in public health, Hospital Management or related field desirables.
Experience: 2-3 Experience In project coordination, preferably in matrenal and child health.

Skills:

• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English(written, spoken);; Knowledge of local language is plus
• Experience in M&E, community engagement, and multi stakeholder coordination
• Adaptable, collaborative and committed to working in rural/tribal setting.

Employment Type: Contract (6 months) with the possibility of extension based on need and performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead planning, implementation, budgeting, and evaluation of the project.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government bodies, health facilities, community leaders, and local partners.
• Community Mobilization: Conduct outreach, promote community participation, and ensure alignment with local needs.
• Capacity Building: Identify training needs and organize workshops for staff and community workers.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Set up M&E systems, ensure regular data collection and analysis.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, case studies, and maintain records as per standards.
• Field Engagement: Ensure active involvement in rural/tribal settings and support field teams.
