Project / Program Manager

• 12 to 15 years experienced Project/Program Managers with experience in managing transformation projects in Core banking/Retail banking/Corporate Banking/digital applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of banking solutions and implementation of banking applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, cross functional teams independently to deliver the project as per the project plan
• Manage stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore team to ensure requirements are met
• Take ownership of end-to-end execution of the project
• Provide subject matter expertise to customers on core banking transformations
• Previous onsite assignments will be a plus
• Should be willing to travel to customer locations for short term durations
• Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Should be able to track and monitor revenue targets.
• Should work with Sales and Business Development teams in procuring new orders.

Must have skills:

• 12-15 years of experience as a Project/Program manager in core banking transformation projects
• Strong implementation experience in Retail banking/Corporate Banking/Digital applications in any core banking applications like Flexcube/Finacle/Temenos/TCS Bancs etc
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Should be self-driven, committed, take ownership and responsibility of tasks assigned
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies experience
• Good presentation, analytical and communication skills
• Must be a quick learner
• Ability to deliver projects within the given timeline and budget
