Job Description

Position: Program/Project Manager for Bangalore location Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Good knowledge and experience in CAD design, Mechanical engineering, Product development knowledge, etc. Job Responsibilities: Once the program is kicked-off, track actions to ensure adherence to timelines. Support TPM by highlighting roadblocks to meet program/ project timelines. Facilitate and track material procurement with supply chain for alpha and beta phases of the program. Track budget based on material ordered and highlight the risks associated, whenever needed. Mandatory Skills: Excellent tracking and documentation skills. Experience in MS excel, MS powerpoint, MS project etc. Knowledge of product development processes and procedures. Multi-site coordination experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills Desirable Skills: PMP Certification Experience working in Product Engineering environment Exposure to Product Development Cycle Experience in Problem solving techniques and tools Immediate joiners to 30days of notice period preferred.
