Position: Technical Program Manager for Bangalore location.
Notice Period-Immediate mostly.Eligibility Criteria:• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Automobile or Instrumentation engineering) with MBA or relevant experience in project management (ex: PMP, SCRUM master certification)• Years of experience: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:• Resource Planning and Management• Time management and scheduling• Project priority conflict management and resolution• Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks: Ability to apply frameworks and methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM throughout a projects lifecycle.• Experience on implementation & sustaining quality monitoring mechanism• Soft skills:o Communication skillso Multitasking skillo Problem-solving skillso Risk managemento Critical thinkingDesirable Skill:• Experience in Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanical design activities.
